You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or store credit, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return and Refund Policy

  • To qualify for a return:

    1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including lens cloth, case, and tags).
    2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
    3. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

    Please note:

    1. Prescription lenses, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact our support team at info@earlinesimscollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

    1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    3. If you received a promotional item or discount, the refund amount will reflect the adjusted price.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your eyewear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
